Claro is Puerto Rico's leading telecommunications provider. Together with E4GS, we designed the UX/UI for Claro Store PR, a complete commercial channel where customers can browse devices, compare options, choose a plan, and check out in one connected experience. The goal was simple: make buying online as clear and frictionless as buying in a store.

Claro's 2024–2026 strategy aimed to grow self-service and digital revenue, and Claro Store PR was central to that goal. But a telecom purchase is complex, involving financing, plan selection, portability, add-ons, and verification. The challenge was to carry that complexity without losing the customer, keeping the journey fast, transparent, and clear from the product page to a confirmed order across every device.

The experience guides customers through a complex purchase with minimal effort: fast discovery with filtering and comparison, transparent financing on every product page, a step-by-step onboarding flow with secure OTP verification (MiClaro / True Validate), built-in number portability, and a clear checkout with order summary, coupons, and a transparent tax breakdown.
